How do you make quests?

Using a custom quest editor. You would then patch the game and in a way, "switch out" your custom with a required official quest, thus allowing you to play your own created quests.

How do you get the baby tigrex?

Someone made the custom quest for me and set the spawned location in the camp. They edited the size to a smaller version of the normal one.

Same for the Raths; Just edited size and stuff and their location.
