This is a cooking show, requires no gloves as long as she sanitized her hands b4 show! Apperance is the most importance. Food Network, Giada de Laurentiis also doesn't wear gloves, tons of make up w jewerly, does that makes her a bad chief? Food Network doesn't think so? Show still going. So, you think your a pro, why don't you start your own mooniemoonje show, see how disqualified you are! I will b the 1st 2 laugh @ ur face, AHAHAHAHAH >LOL :) . no gloves is not a big deal, but I recognize that no professional cook in the world wears that fancy earrings and makes up as much as she does. she even wears watch, ring and bracelet to the kitchen. Worst, she has her nails polished. The first rule for anyone who wants to work in the kitchen is short, nice and clean nails with no accessories on. She is the bad chief I have ever seen. And once more, she reads cà chua to "kajou" ? horrible Vietnamese reading.

@mooniemoonje alright,I get that you DONT understand how most people cook.although she does that,she's vietnamese.vietnamese people understand how to keep our-selfs clean.were not animals.and besides she knows to look good.she has a life too you know.unless you haven't noticed she can cook well,she knows how to keep herself clean,I dont see her being shut down by any health department,so whats wrong?nothing.And we can be who we want to be with out your hate. @kimtpham I dun hate her. I just mentioned about she is unprofessional while wearing so many of those stuffs in kitchen. I'm not complaining about her talent. If I hate her or want to spoil her shows, I would write more bad commends on the other vids. noone is perfect. it's just my opinion.

Don't teach only girls to cook; teach BOYS as well. Why girls have to be their cooking slave? They got hands and legs to do things!

Please ensure your hair is tied up and covered in the cooking show and wearing gloves! Don't touch hair then using hands to touch the food! Youtube video is shown to the whole world, don't make Vietmamese look bad!

Dear Chi Uyen Thi,

Can you please put down the exact measurement in your blog. When you mention about chen, there are so many to choose from. Do you mean, Asian eating rice bowl or American measuring cup. This makes a difference as if it is not right, the banh khoai mi nuong and banh da lon won't come up right. Please post the recipe on your youtube. Thank you.
