I can't imagine why anybody thinks this is racist; it's no more anti-Jewish than the original Grinch story is anti-Christian. The Grinch even converts to Judaism at the end! When I recommend it to my friends, I have to tell them to get past the "Jews down in Jewville" part, which does sound a vaguely offensive, but that's just a play on the original "Whos down in Whoville."
