PHS stands for Party Hensei (Editing) System. The funny thing about the PHS is, that in Japan, eople have the Personal Handiphone System (PHS), basically what we call cellphones. And that's exactly what the PHS also is in FF7: A cellphone! Since the acronyms are the same, this is a joke only the Japanese probably understood.

Yay more vids! i will now give some advice :P, you can just not buy any units for the condor fight. simply put speed to max and wait till they reach the shed, then you get into an easy boss fight (yup easy xp/ap) its much better and cheaper :) hope i helped :D
