  • Great Blues, great playing, this Tokay Strat sound amazing :-)

  • So... have you record this or what??? It's fuckin groovy!!!

  • ~Awesome groove...5*****

  • You funky fuckers - Weymouth's finest. Where's the DC30? Good camera work too - managed to obscure most of G's face thankfully.

  • This reminds me of what a farmer once said about sheep-shearing:

'Sheep-shearing is not as difficult as it looks. It is much more difficult than it looks!'

    : -)

  • Groovy! I dig it

  • thank you for all your kind comments, i have decided to record this with my band and will post as soon as it is finished and hope it will meet nyour aproval.....thanks again ...Grant

  • very nice...really like listening to it

  • Thank you Jazz......... and thank you kitarist....the Valve Junior is a godsend to practice amps ..........but now all the big cheese companys are jumpin on the bandwagon and pouring out s**te

  • Great job guys..that Epiphone Valve Junior is sounding awesome...

  • great playing check out my profile for my video of my Tokai Springy Sound ST 80 hehe :D :D

  • any chance of getting a tab for that main groove on both the bass and guitar?

  • The less you have to read tabs, the better off you'll be.

Learn the E Minor pentatonic scale, spend a lot of time listening to Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn, and you should have no problem picking out this riff.

  • HEy...could you please answer this.

I am planning to buy one and i could buy an st50. I have tried then on clean and they are really amazing, but how do they respond do distortion and effects? Some guys say they can't really handle it. It that true?

    Thanks...good video...

  • Tokai made some awesome strats in the late seventies and early eighties, mainly the springysound which are pretty exspensive but also the goldstar st50, 60,70 (rare) 80 which are just wonderful to play and sound the real deal. As for pedals these guitars love a pushed valve amp and an overdrive/boost pedal in front.......i wouldnt reccomend these for metal but anything thick and ballsy the Tokai st,s kick ass

  • nice groove!

  • The lead dude just needs to go scarf up the best licks from Johnny Winter, Clapton, SRV and Hendrix... and they will have something hot. They have the basics covered...tight..good structure..locked beat..now pour some wild-ass blues lead on it- Schezam!
