    Just wanted to hear your opinion on a 3day split for an 18 year old? Mon - chest, shoulder, triceps Wed - legs Fri - back/biceps.

    What do you think? Is fullbody more recommended for young people? Or do you think I should keep using this...Kinda unsure whats most effective, I feel like this split maybe gives too little frequency, but i'm not sure. Goal is building muscle.

  • @alekzander93 I personally don't like full body workouts as well as don't advise them. The 3 day split you listed is a great way to start. If you want to mix it up, try bumping up your split in terms of number of days. I believe any split is effective if executed right. Just all about personal preference/trial and error for personal results
