  • @fancyladydiane1 Thank you so much! That's awesome about your eye! Healing usually takes place in phases like that. Pretty soon other things will start healing & you'll snowball into great health. It definitely sounds like detox. Big hugs to you!!!

  • Great Video!! This is very interesting, and it toally makes sense!! : )

  • One of your best vids! I have hadbthe same experience with raw soups too, so i add toms and cucs to make sure i chew chew chew!

  • I could totally relate to the enjoyment of eating a smoothie just by watching you enjoying your smoothie.

  • So... what your saying is.. I should chew my food? like chew it?

  • @crazybananza Yes, until it becomes liquid. If it goes in liquid, chew it & swirl it anyway, to get your saliva and digestive juices flowing. :0)

  • Great video! I just took out my lunch smoothie and you just reminded me of all those small things that I know I should do but its so easy to overlook them. Will definitely remember to pay more attention to my food and chew it!!! Otherwise im the one paying for it in the end :p

  • How do you chew your food when having smoothies? Is it bad to blend dry fruits and nuts with milk into a smoothie? Does it loose some of it's nutrients?

  • @vituzorro You just hold the smoothie in your mouth while making chewing motions before swallowing it & also swirl it around your mouth. It's always best to use fresh fruit, but if you're going to use dry fruits, it's important to soak them in water to rehydrate them before blending. I personally wouldn't mix nuts or dairy with fruit because it causes a lot of digestive issues & creates fermentation in the gut. For more info on this, see my video on proper food combining. :0)

  • Good observations. This reminded me that so much we do everyday becomes automatic and outside our awareness. A simple conscious effort brings the 'present' in all of its detail back to being accessible. Life has a richness in its daily rhythms that we need to re-learn. The increased and intentional awareness that your video alludes to reminded me of Alan Watts' discussion of this very idea in the first few pages of his book "This Is It." You are, as usual, engaging, genuine and helpful.

  • @forester218 Thank you so much!!!

I guess we must chew very slowly too, so we don't add heat (kidding.-)

I heard that if we are juicing, it is very good to buy the Norwalk Cold

Juice Presser, even if it is very expensive, it gives more nutrients.. (Gerson)

I also just did a spontaneous interview with the Fabulous Amy - ittvshow,

which I thought you might be interested in: /watch?v=-G2LDHMsM9U

  • @WhiteTimeHealing The Norwalk Juicer is an amazing juicer but so complicated. There are other juicers that don't heat up the juices, allow all the nutrients through & are less expensive. It all depends on the work you're willing to go through to juice. :0) Thank you so much for sharing your interview. I'm listening now....So Beautiful! ♥

  • @rawsynergytv Dearest, thank you so much, it is so great all the things you know, I Always Love your Amazing Information and I am so happy you enjoy my first real interview ♡

  • There is some evidence in primates which have teeth erosion through the lot of chewing of leaf. im not quite sure. there is also similiar things shown on some giessener rawFood Study. that chewing constantly fibre rich things can lead to tooth degeration. it not has to. it just is a comon phaenoman. One report sayd that early humns like fruit loving early humans loved mushy food like pudding so they go for puddng like fruits. puddingfood relax jaws and get energy without stressing jaws and molars

  • @anyuisbjoern Well, that would lend some truth to humans being frugivores and not herbivores. However, Victoria Boutenko said in her book Green For Life that chewing leafy greens makes the teeth stronger and whiter. I guess there are always theories for each side. That's why it's so important to do what works for you. Interesting stuff! Thank you for sharing. :0)

  • Thank You! A german RawFoodist Urkostlerin BrigitteRondholz she also wrote on it today how healthy is chewing. Thank You both goddes.ss

  • How can i chew food? i have lost a lot of my teeth through miscare and lifesituations. How can find peace with them?

  • @anyuisbjoern Eating soft food or blending your foods and swishing them in the mouth to get your saliva going and making chewing motions will benefit you a great deal. :0)
