You should be able do collect those diamonds ...

When you walk (crawl) over it you will get a message that you found eastern egg, if not then you probably already have it ...

You have to do the easter eggs in the story mode , it will then say too when you have collected an easter egg and you get 1000 credit.

I think you already have it but you don't know you do (too bad there is no way you can see in the game whether you collected egg already or not). If not, try to blow it up with a different weapon (I used dynamite).

I start on the beginning of the level. Just go out from the castle and go behind the mountain. Enter in the cave is straight down from position where the proffesor is.
