To me it looks like you took a modern VW design language and T3 styling cues. The result is nice although a bit too modern to my liking. And it seems a little too long and a little too low. But it's a great fusion of modern and retro design.

how does the Coefficient of Drag compare with today's Vanagon? With the sleek lines it looks like a vast improvement and hopefully get a viably sized power plant into it previous years models always felt under powered. Otherwise, "Die Deutschen bauen sie Gut in Deutschland!"

haha thw whole point of the vw bus was to be cheap and spacious and for holidays, this is the totall opissate, itl probs be about 20,000, and for the city. thumbs down in my view like.

I'm t4/5 daft. So seeing this is interesting. I don't want to sit over the front wheels, as I want it to be car like.

But I do like this concept - it's like a grown up Scirocco; you can definately see the family development.

This is not like an average car. It will be able to fit 10 people at most. Of course will it look long from the side. They will have to make a long and a short version. And one that is tall too.

I kind of like the design. Not easy to make a van look good. I'm going to buy one anyway. I might buy a T5 while I'm waiting for this model though. It will be released in 2011 - 2012 according to rumors. Will probably look a little less space age too. But I don't mind the looks. I need a practical car.

This is totally wrong. The T6 should look like a retro T1 Split. Retro cars a so popular. new Fiat 500. new Mini. new Beetle. Just wait, citroen will do a retro 2CV.

i heard two years ago about the facelift, and it hasnt yet happened. i imagine something in theis video is a long way off, just like every other concept car video/pics we are shown. perhaps car manufacturers should ACTUALLY make them, rather than saying theyre going to make them, and giving us something that looks nothing like it? lets put the ideas into practice!

I thought they were coming out with the T5.5 for the 2009 model year...I hope Spring 2009. I'm in the U.S., and VW decided not to bring the T5 to the states...but I swear I may buy one in Mexico and put a T4 VIN on it just because I'm tired of waiting and the Sprinter is an oversized UPS hauler...not a VW bus.
