This guy needs to take better care of the passengers. I dont think they were properly secured, or at least their belts werent tight enough. Also, cold air should have been applied, as well as considering to land to avoid womiting and worsening of the situation. Read Human performance and limitations again...
I really hope you dont mean that! Of course they do! Unless you nose dive to the ground because of a lost wing, you will most likely be able to make a controlled emergency landing. Youre not DOOMED even though the engine stops. If you are lucky, you are surrounded by fields or rivers. It should be taken into account when planning the route...
