  • nasty! next time maybe move the jump over a bit to the less muddy bit of the feild. haha our schooling feild is like this at the momment, but the ponies need exercising! ignore the people saying crap, i had a video of my horse falling over and tbh its just a magnet for haters and people wanting to crit all the time! x

  • holllalla

  • @locomotion4eva I think she will know if a horse fell on her. The horses side fell on her, the whole horse doesnt need to have fell on you to be a fall :/.

  • This same thing happened to me except I was riding in the snow :/

  • Oww

  • your an amazing rider,it could of happend to anyone:Dxxxxxxxxx

  • Everyone needs to stop having a go, fair enough its muddy, but it was just unfortunate, its happened to me on the roads, so its not exactly her fault, just because she is irish!

  • always ride straigh after a fence. i expect youve learnt your lesson now anyway, and it wasnt a bad fall, ok? you were lucky; i was doing a xcountry competition and jumps had be set out badly so the stridings were terrible, so me and my horse basically did a roly-poly. i had all the skin sraped off round my mouth and broke my nose. just thought i would put it into context for you x

  • glad ur okay that must have hurt. But on a better noe...I NEED THOSE JODHPURS

  • YOU are a bad rider !!!

  • fuck sake ive had stuff like this happen to me in an ARENA! you cant predict when or where its gonna happen? my worst fall has been in an indoor paddock it was just unlucky and this time it turned out to be in a slightly muddy field :/

glad to hear your both okay and doing good :) <3

  • People need to stop having a go at you! It's not your fault! It's happened to me and Ivor was fine so people just lay off! /:

Glad you where both okay! :3 <33

  • he didn't even fall on you idiot.

  • @locomotion4eva

I think someone needs to go to specsavers.

  • @greyhorse95 Yep ! :D

  • @locomotion4eva Fell from under. you idiot

  • @locomotion4eva even if sid didnt,It doesnt concern you, beautiful horse! and you seem like a great rider, hope you where okay!

  • @locomotion4eva Dont be so rude !!

  • Gas how everyone is blaming the irish in this :L like the pony fell noones fault at all can happen in dry fields to? x

  • thats y you dont jump when it's muddy, stick to flat work till it dries out!

  • what do you expect the field is muddy and slippery you could have jumped somewhere else in the field there were other parts that were dry. That's your own fault for putting yourself and your horse in danger

  • can i use it in a video and ignore them ! they're jelous of your beautiful horse :-)

  • Love how people are Blaming the Irish!<3

It has nothing to do with the country this could have happned anywhere anytime!

  • your riding way to fast round this corner, you obviously know that the ground is muddy and slippy, tbh your lucky you werent crushed. How silly are you

  • Omg, you probably didn't see that coming :P !! The horse was like "Oops... no I didn't fall! What are you doing down here you?" haha

  • just saying.. cant you hack instead of riding in a muddy field? not trying to sound nasty

  • Oke on to all the critters:

    1. She lives in ireland, both her and the horse are probably used to the field condicions.

    2. Not everyone is rich enough to have a school.

    3. Both of them were fine after the fall

    4. Who do you guys think you are anyway?

  • personally i just think that it was a one off slip. and all you people who say 'you shouldn't ride in a muddy field bla bla bla' should grow up! i ride in a small paddock. look at my photo on here. i am jumping a 3ft10 and although thats not big for him its still jumping big in a field. you people who are having a go at this poor girl who probabely LOVES HER HORSE TO PEICES should shut up and give her a break. horses fall over in arenas just as bad! if u dunno wat your talking about... SHUT UP!!

  • @leighacy101 although i agree with some of your comments, like move the jumps around on the grass paddock, and dont turn tightly after a jump and stay straight, dont have a go at her, look at her other videos, she is a GOOD RIDER. if on youtube i see someone doing something wrong on horseback, i look at their OTHER videos BEFORE i judge them. just saying ;) xx

  • What I don't understand is why everyone is getting so torn up about this. Horse do run around in muddy fields as it is and may have a slip & fall without someone on them. Neither were hurt badly so I don't see why you should put up a big fuss about it. I NEVER had the advantage of riding in the winter (I live in australia) and I rode in som every muddy and terrible conditions on my old pony and we did a lot of the trails in the same conditions and neither of us were injured.

  • I live in England, where the weather is so god damn awful most people don't ride very often! Yet I can manage to ride in a field with no grass in it, JUST mud, and still jump in practice for shows and have fun without this happening to me on a flighty showjumper

I go straight after a jump and pull up before I turn, it's completely obvious that was going to happen, you can move your jumps around to let the grass grow back, you could of done so much to stop it, you are lucky it wasn't serious

  • she knows not 2 ride out in that weather and i dont have a arena and i THINK BEFORE I RIDE

  • Wish everyone would stop trying to think they know more, I think you managed very well, did you get back on? Don't listen to haters!

  • Can i use this vid please?

  • you shouldn't use where you live as an excuse. we ride in muddy fields and we ride in non muddy fields in england. the most probable cause of your horse falling over is because of your turning so quickly after the jump. If you're so sure that it's because it's in the muddy field though, why not move the jump over, mud tends to occur on overused areas. like gateways, and pathways.

  • @fiddlesticksfly will you all shut up?? This can happen to anyone, she didn't take a sharp turn, the horse just slipped. Stop trying to be so high and mighty, this happens to every rider sooner or later.

  • @DazzledRose3193 sorry mate, not being high and mighty, i'm being fucking honest thanks. this many people commenting exactly the same thing, it's obvious it's not cause we're haters, it's because she made a bad decision. the first line of my comment was don't use where you live as an excuse. no one can fucking talk to me about bad weather cause i only live in england! if you maybe open your eyes a little wider, you'll see the horse slipped on a turn, less than 4 strides away from a jump. cunt.

  • you shouldn't be jumping in that terrain you could have got hurt or you could have injured your horse, you should know better, SHAME ON YOU

  • @SUPERPARTYGIRLS12345 GROW UP.

  • uhmm if u look the ground isn't really that wet o-o and there have been worse falls in sand so leave her alone god u don't have to be ass holes about it any way did u get back on :O :[

  • oww, that was a bad fall, hope you and your ponie were okayy, don't worry about the haters they are just jelous, everyone has bad moments and this was just one of yours, great riding keep it up

  • People who are criting her over jumping in a muddy field need to get over themselves,There is going to be days when you are showjumping somewhere, where the fields are a bit muddy like this field, She is in IRELAND, Half the fields in Ireland are muddy, And she doesn't have access the a round pin or arena, Would you rather her not ride her pony ? Leave her pony get sore muscles or laminitis ?,And if you paid attention to the pony instead of the feild you would see that the pony was happy to jump.

  • I'm from Ireland and I've never seen a 2 year old been taken hunting or a 3 year old to jump 1.20?? :/

  • Hope you & your horse are okay, Not everybody has a school, and we all have to ride our horses, mistakes happen, xxx

  • only in ireland...would they canter and jump in a field like this...

...send 2 year olds out on the hunt...

...jump 3 yr olds over a metre 20...

they just do horses differently. it's not bad, just different, but then you should kinda expect falls like this lads. js :/

  • @lilmisstesstickle

Sorry would you rather my pony didnt get ridden at all? Not everyone has the privilegdes of an arena.

I have NEVER seen a 2yr old hunting, why? Because THEY DONT.

    Eh, who? :L you fail.

  • @greyhorse95 they do hunt 2 year olds,

glad you're ok though and uck you were thron clear of him!! :)

  • @silverleasgtpepper

    they dont hunt 2yr olds.

  • @lilmisstesstickle get a fuckin lioffe.. it's nat her fault.. if all she can ride in is a field.. we dats it.. arena's are expensive ta build... nd 2 year old DNT go huntin.. nd we only tend ta break the im at 4.. cos dats common sense.. and she's aloud ta jump if she want's its her lioffe.. every1 makes mistakes.. sure dats how we learn.. im sure u have done pretty stuped things in ur lioffe.. but u wont edmit it cos ur to stuck up..

    LAMO :L

  • only on the internet do you get uninformed little people talking big&making generalisations about an entire country.Ireland is wet cold&slippery pretty much ten months of the year-I live here.I know.Horses here are used to these weather conditions.Personally I have never heard of any of that bulls**t you have just came out with.

  • From being a prominent member in the Northern Ireland equestrian scene, I can safely say because I am informed enough to do so, that the majority of horses here are not broken until they are at least 4years old!then we give them time of to recuperate and adapt. greyhorse95 is a good gutsy rider and clearly looks after her horse. Catch a grip and stop being silly.

  • @lilmisstesstickle just like to say that i am irish and have horses myself in fact everyone i know seems to have horses, and although ireland may not have as much money as england does and so cant afford arenas, we produce amazingly good horse riders and handlers. infact 4 of my brothers have employment in england as jockeys so lay off the irish yeah?

  • @lilmisstesstickle i live in australia and its like this

  • @GraceSaysNeigh it wasn't a comeback- it did make sense, but you have to be smart to understand. And I don't believe that Anyone was talking to you, so mind your own business.

  • @nikkinimonisoosoo wow... Your smart. I wasn't talking about direction. I meant it like "turning immediately after" so don't correct anyone unless you actually know what you're talking about.

  • Comment removed

  • bet none of these haters would keep there horses standing walking through an irish feild, js :/

  • wow i couldnt of guessed tht was gonna happen in a muddy field,,,stupid

  • please may i use this in a horse fall vid i'm making? credit in video and desc. and i'll send you the link after! :) x

  • this happened to me, but not because i was jumping and turning sharply, because a dog jumped out of a bush and spooked my pony..crashing into another horses arse, then slipping over because we were in a field. just sayin'.

  • did your toe turned out to be broken like you expected? guess cleaning your horse afterwards was a hell of a job lol

  • He got up very quickly!

  • EW thts nasty why make comments on other peoples videos u are all horiible and sick u can see her horse onli slipped bigg whoop its all gunna happen to us sometime wat she supposed to do not exercisde her hrose

  • Hi, please can I use this in a video im making? thanks!

  • Was the ground muddy or something? Damn! That looked scary! I've never had a horse fall with me and I hope I never do!

  • you were asking to fall tbh, the mud is obviously slippy, poor horse...

  • Thats happened to me and one of my horses twice haha :L dont listen to all the shit everyone is giving you, i had this happen on sand at home and at a show on dry grass, it can happen anywhere, anytime haha my arab likes to take corners sharp and she drops her inside shoulder which makes her a bit unstable at times

  • hey, can i use this in a bloopers video? I understand if you don't want me to though! hope hyou were both okay!xxx

  • *Well, kids. That;s what happens when your jump in a muddy field!!

Jk, you are a good rider with a great horse :)

  • what happened did he fall?

  • ah poor boy! such ashame, it was a great jump, i bet he felt really bad afterwards! Hope your both ok now though! x

  • Awee, glad you guys are OK hopefully your toe gets better too. ;)

  • i live in england so i know how much it rains lol! All the fields are muddy! x bad luck!

  • Why are people giving you crap about wet grass? First of all, it already happened and that won't change anything, and you are what to do with HER horse that she OWNS.

    Anyways,

That looked like it hurt! You stayed up really well when he began to slip! Awesome form! You have like the best eq when you fall xD

  • Let's see... Riding in a muddy field+Going way to fast+jumping+turning right after=fall... I could have predicted that.

  • @StarHorseLover1

    1. I live in Ireland. Every feild is muddy.

    2. That was normal speed. Sorry if the pony likes to jump.

    3. Omg i jumped :O

    4. Not really right after the jump was it?

  • @greyhorse95 Hey, how big was this pony? :P x

  • @greyhorse95

still you shouldnt ride in that condision!!!!!!! im a novis and i know that-.-

  • @greyhorse95 where in ireland do you live?? i live in galway :p

  • @StarHorseLover1 i galloped in a field this muddy and my pony stayed totally upright but freak accidents happen and this was one, not anyones fault, so yeah:), crit someone else!

  • @StarHorseLover1 Sorry but that wasn't very nice. Just because she was jumping in a muddy field doesn't mean she is going to fall of. It might not have been her folt they both feel....

  • @StarHorseLover1 Boo. xD

  • @StarHorseLover1 actually she turned left.

  • Same thing happened to me except I was trotting and He slipped on pavement on top of me. ugh It hurt so bad.

  • uh yeah you can canter on muddy fields? what happens if youre at a show on grass and its raining? you just use stauds and collect the horse a lot more instead of just letting it go forward.....

    anyway.. hope youre okay x

  • Not trying to be rude, but that's why you don't lope or canter on muddy ground

  • can i use this , i'll give you full credit :)

  • he didnt actually fall ON u lol :) im not being mean :) the jump was good tho lol ha :)

  • i did this in the school with my horse as he bolted and slipped on the corner he landed on my leg tho xD i was knocked out too :P hehe x

  • ouch, and your horse is a grey too was he very dirty? hope you were both fine :)

  • Happened to me too... your lucky though, i broke my collar bone!

  • Now I know why my mum tells me to not go over a trot when it's wet :L I guess it is hard when you like in Ireland mind ;D

  • You; "Okay i'll just get back up, we're cool."

If this would have happened to me; "STUPID MUD I HATE YOU."

  • Jeeeez my friend broke his leg when that happpened to him.. .. it ment that he couldn't ride at HOYS in october :(

  • @bumblebeesknees Aww no thats really unlucky :( is he okay now? xx

  • @MegaGagamad

    Yeah

  • ouchy lovely jump btw aww sid awesome name for a horse haha love it :) hope you were okay xx

  • owchh...:P that didnt look atall comfortable!!

  • you were barely under him. you shouldnt be jumping on ground when its wet like that. anyways glad you guys are both ok..

  • hope your okay! beautiful horse! xx

  • ouch r u okaii and cor that field is really muddy lol xx would i be able to use this in my video that im making please xx you will get your name on the clip please xx <3

  • @wuvstaraxx Yeah sure :)

  • Im not being funny but when your jumping and cantering in a field that is that muddy then your kind of expecting for this to happen.

  • @Claireeee64

I know it started raining when i was riding. im sorry i live in ireland.

  • @gre

  • @Claireeee64 If you think that's mud, then you should move to Washington...for us, the "mud" in the video is just normal dirt. I jump my horse in a arena simmilar to this all the time. Honestly, jumping on wet grass would be worse than this. I think the real problem is that the horse is on his forhands and after the jump she doesnt balance him and cuts the corner.

Stuff happens though. I'm sure she leared. Looks painful though! Hope you're ok!

  • ouch that was very sudden, glad u 2 were ok x

  • What a good boy, he just stood there waiting for you :)

  • My horse did that when I was trying to catch her, she ran away and her back feet slipped under her. It was scary! Then I saw she was fine and was like "Ha! Karma bitch!"

  • He looked so sorry once he was on his feet like he wanted to be sure he didn't hurt you. This happened at my barn recently and everyone was so scared the horse was hurt because she just laid there for a minute. But it ended up being more like her trying to make sense of what happened and how she ended up there xDD

  • Omg that exact same thing happened to me during an eventing clinic - except my horse landed on my left leg and we were on a slope so he pinned me down and when he got up my foot that wasnt underneath him got stuck in the stirrup and he was obviously a little shaken so he tried to run away. I had to reach up and grab the rein and then twist my foot to release it from the stirrup. Big drama. I was in crutches for 8 weeks with multiple fractures in my foot (the one that got crushed). Hope u ok :)

  • @Lori4Saru

Wow. Ouch! Luckily I didnt hurt anything too badly! x

  • OMG! hope you were okay :)

  • @breyergirl21

Yeah, send me the link when yo done :) xx

  • @kalynnboo2009

    Lol, yeah,was painful :L

  • @kalynnboo2009

    i bet!!!!

  • I had a fall exactly the same as this .. except my loan pony at the time (sonny) didn't throw me as far as Sid did to you, Sonny actually crushed my leg but nothing broke .. I was fine but Sonny chipped the bone in his leg :/ (I got it on camera too and it's up here somewhere :p)
