I found this by accident and have been trying with 4 mates to try and find a few. We are mainly trying to get on top of the building but no luck yet because the invisible wall goes all the way to the top. I found the one you showed and there are two other little things right next to it on ur right and left u can get up, They offer full invincibility. There are a few corners you can jump on but the zombies can hit you + aparantly there are glitches with hacking and doing the astro jump.
