@iEatYourSandviches so sorry to hear that bullets kill you near instantly, i like that better than most shooter games you can take 50 bullets to the face before even needing to think about getting into cover, it was made around playing many characters at once, souns to me like you were just running in on one character with everyone else shooting automatically if you play it stratgeicly i.e. send a character into certain cover and another into different then open with sniper shots.
