yep, that short range hits that area pretty well. short range curls - not so much with brachialis - that has more to do with hand position (neutral grip)
Isn't this sort of similar to doing a dand/dive bomber pushup? Although the feet are more together and elevated so that's cool, and grip is different than palms flat on floor.

it's pretty similar to that, actually. Might have been where I got the idea to do this particular one - I can't always remember what sparks these.

Does my feet need to be in a higher level then my arms or they can be the same level of height?

a little higher makes it a little harder - same height is fine, though.
