Im using an s-video hook up but on my tv all i see is my background and mouse moving, no icons or whatever screen that isup will show on my tv? Been messing w all the display settings but cant seem to get anything other then my background to show on my tv???
@ecarterman ha... your TV is acting as an extended desktop, like a 2nd screen. Go in your display control panel and change that. You probably want the clone setting. Or, you can drag a window over to your 2nd screen.
PCmyTV.co.uk lets you know which cable you actually need to connect PC to TV. You don't necessarily need a HDMI cable, so use this site to search by Make and Model to find out, or connect wirelessly.
@caboverde100 dude if you put your eyes open you should see you have 2 screens used for the computer on the original it has the icons on the new it has nothing

No. And it won't work. I have the "VGA to rca conector" and it doesnt work.
