  • Laura Marling brings love to life.

  • I wish i knew someone who could sing like her. I would make them sing to me forever.

  • exquisite!

  • exquisite!

  • can't believe shes only 21, shows what I've done with my life!

  • I really have to stop myself watching her videos. She's too perfect.

  • Brilliant.

  • Roll on the new album, 'A Creature I Don't Know'

  • is that bobby mcferrin at the beginning? :)

  • @mateolewismusic id agree with you that it is!! lovehim too

  • shame she left noah and the whale...

  • I have just fallen in love!

  • She reminds me so much of Luna Lovegood (well, Evanna Lynch).

  • @arcadiankitsch come on Laura is much prettier

  • makes the hairs on my arms stand up. truly beautiful song.

  • I absolutely love her.

  • I love her. She´s a proof of God´s existance; an angel on Earth.

  • i love her incredible! i hate that this isn't or main stream music!!

  • @murlach1 You can't dance to her music at a club; and that's just about the criteria for mainstream artists now. Passion and brilliance aren't as important as a droning beat and catchy but vapid lyrics.

  • can some people help me,

i have to describe this performance for my homework, what are the other people in the background playing?

    Thanks (:

  • @ladyswift72 drums, bass, cello, electric guitar... I'm not sure whether that is really a cello however

  • compare this with her appearance on jools from 2007 when it was one of her first public appearnces and see how she's grown in confidence and talent. what a beautiful ode to uk music she is

  • Stunning voice

  • Comment removed

  • @partico sorry... nme trendy up his own arse twat...

  • Compelling. In words and in looks.

  • Where is she from?

  • @TheChamello Eversley in Hampshire, England

  • she's stunningly beautiful!

  • This is music!

  • saw her play last night, when she played this it brought tears to my eyes and it was only the 2nd song in!!

  • little voice, power of 20 titans, oh so good,,,

  • She's underrated

  • 2 dislike this........ are you taking the piss?

  • why is everybody judging and comparing her against past and current musicians. Everyone in some way is influenced by someone when they were growing up. It guides us to the musicians who we are today. After saying that I think we will see Laura's music influence several generations to come. Thank you for being you. I enjoy everything you do.

  • Just cried lol

  • heard this on the radio and swore it was some lost recording of joni and james.

  • Very fine performance - notably she has a jazzy inflection with Billie Holiday-like flourishes. Song has some touches of the two-album-then-wilderness Shelagh Macdonald who, in the early 70s, was more of a pure folk voice.

  • Amazing, I'm ashamed to say I'd never heard of her before i stumbled across this video. Stunning song and performance.

( i was looking for Rambling Man by the Allman Brothers band, .. but this is better)!!

  • wonderful

  • @boabglen You don't need to be so rude. I hope you're a better person in life than you are on the internet.

  • she's grown up so much in two years. you can really here the maturity in her music.

  • she could wear rags and she'd still be beautiful

  • @soilstories she is wearing rags!

  • ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

  • She's probably sick of how every man falls in love with her at first sight because of how amazing she is, maybe her played-down lazy appearance she's adopted will cut that away.

Doesn't make a difference for me however. haha.

  • Laura, i love you. a lot. but you're dressed like an old man. you're lucky you have such an amazing voice and incredible lyrics.

  • @starry5238 I kind of like how she plays her appearance down, it makes her music speak more I feel :)

  • @stephenhugh very true. all in all, i love her.

  • I wish all we could hear in this world was Laura Marling

  • @llickthestars

then that would be a boring world

great song but you went to far there hector

  • @boabglen I guess we could add Bob Dylan :P. I'd never be bored but I can respect that you would. :) I just feel her music sooo right.

  • @llickthest She has a lovely voice man but if you were to listen to one album or singer all your life im sure you get bored. Maybe not Dylan!! Fair point!!

  • @boabglen I'm a girl ;)

  • @boabglen Dylan? Hm.

  • @wilde675 I think she's like Nick Drake in song composition and Joni Mitchell in voice and phrasing.
