Have you read the comments on any other songs? Every one is filled with comments saying that they've ripped off Metallica.

Also, saying that something sounds like a specific song sounds more like "they ripped Metallica!" than if you had just said that the Black Album was a heavy influence.

Kinda like that one comedian says: Don't EVER be specific. "I like kids" makes people think you're good with kids. "I like twelve year olds" makes people think you're a paedophile.
