For example, a fitness center that i attend at times. I have been disrespected by white female employee. She yelled at me and got aggressive with me just because I forgot to show my gym pass. I called up the corporate office and spoke to the regional manager and told them what happened. They investigated it. While they investigated it, she was told about it. She was humble and showed respect towards me from that point on but she was fired because of it.

She did not think I had the power to have her fired or that I knew about reporting her. She assumed that I did not know. She regretted the day she fucked with me. Now she wishes she never did that. Once you let people know what you can have done to them, you are demanding respect.

You're right about the customer service thing. I think bmatt820 made a video about this a few months ago about how women in customer service, particularly bw are more rude to BM than everyone else. I had a conversation about this with a friend of mine who is a black woman and what she was interesting and I never really thought of it. She said that it may be because BM tend not to complain to management about poor customer service so they feel more comfortable doing it us.

I got tired of getting bad customer service and disrespect from all not just black women. They get surprised when a black male reports them. This where I changed and I did not care about being seen as a snitch. If I got to resort to reporting a person to get respect I will.
