Furthermore.......Riley - I haven't met you in person however I have subscribed to your channel. I live in the lower mainland and your channel is just one resource that I use to make my decisions on how I spend my time away from work. Your initiative here with saving this local historic landmark appears to be balanced however I feel urban planning looks to be clouding the local government's ability to see the big picture. There are ways to integrate modern development and history.
