  • I think montek singh ahluwalia has very intelligent remarks and analysis to offer.. His ideas are in tune with the reality of a global interdependent world we live in..

  • It's interesting to view this video from the vantage point of hindsight. Nouriel Roubini was right on.

  • Yeb, and the rest of them tried to ignore him as much as possible, even avoiding eye contact to the point it being embarrassing. I also found it interesting that Jacob Frenkel couldn't debate Nouriel on principle and in the very end Jakob made a sly remark against Nouriel's personal presentability, (still avoiding eye contact). It was like Jakob knew that Nouriel was reading the numbers right and putting them in the right context but couldn't face the music.

  • jacob must be kicking himself now...

  • i like wht Amarinder Singh Gill says. he is being the most realistic. developed countries which pride themselves on their sophistication are no stranger to uncertainty.

  • i've got a question for y'all - when does this global game of tag where corporations keep looking for the cheapest labour around the world hit rock bottom?

  • This session was held in Davos on January 24, 2007.

  • Thank U so much for such a quick answer.

    Greatings from Belgium
