I think the english called the breakbeat techno...hardcore from 1992. I don't think he is referring to that kind of Hardcore that you are thinking like Ruffeck and Knor becuase to many that was consider "Gabber".

Great!!!!!!Sure, Hard Core sounds good but it´s what is it, it´s like the dark side of Techno, but this is real electronic art my friend: samples, bass, Synth...
