Mehgan should be shocked and angry at the irresponsible narration from ABC.

I'm sure that she and Manny would agree that you should NEVER NEVER NEVER hyperventilate and freedive, you will die.

Freediving is beautiful and wonderful not dangerous, if learnt and executed properly.

The two golden rules are:

!: Never dive alone.

2: Never hyperventilate.

Go to an an AIDA accredited school.
