Two major wars started under Bush, one of those wars started on completely ludicrous and completely unfounded claims. The patriot act was started under Bush (although if I understand correctly Obama extended it). The bush tax cuts further increased our national debt to unheard of levels. Also, during his presidency the income inequality between the top 1% and everyone else grew larger than since 1928.
