nah its just a cheap knock off just like everything else in this cartoon. but if u notice most of the cast of the x-men cartoon do most of the guest voices.

Ultraforce and the other characters are from malibu comics line of ultraverse books from the 90s. Its a shame when marvel bought malibu they didnt keep the titles running. they did put out a short line of book under the marvel name but it didnt last long.
