I have had same experience with my once broken-down King Tiger (~160+ kg) just 10 meters away from my garage. With a large lift table trolly, 2 motorbike lifts, helping hands from 2 people pass-by, it took me more than a hour to move it back into the garage. I was nearly exhausted after that.
The problem? Caused by a single 30A fuse!!!! I will never play it without bringing the spare fuse(s) with me.
must have been the Armortek..?,the M48in the video is 145 kg.they look good when they are moveing, when broken a bit of a pain if you are on your own....
Correct! It's the full metal monster from Armortek. Without an available weigh scale, I'm still unsure exactly how many kg it is. The 2 later type steel-alloy tracks are 13.4 kg each, turret > 28+kg, 3 X 7.6 kg SLA batteries, maybe it is more than 160+ kg! While sitting on the trolly without the turret, I was hardly able to push it up along the mild sloped driveway into the garage---for 10 meters only. I am not a small guy, yet it nearly beats me. Play it in field "alone" is risky!
@rctanksrme Yes I have written this on Armortek's forum. It is a good model tank, no doubt about it! It just.....so heavy! Unlike the Mark-1 KT, this metal KT's 28+kg turret with scaled-thickness armour can't be hold by one hand.
For me it just like the real thing---Invincible while running, yet a headache when broken-down.
