@MistFist97 as you would unlock normal shouts, other words to previous shouts can be unlocked when you find them scrawled on the special Walls. It takes a dragon soul to unlock each word and you hold the shout button to use it, or tap the button to just use the first word.

i dont get this,i unlocked 2 shouts,marked for death and slow time,it sais i need dragon souls for it and ive already killed like 5 dragons and it still wont unlock
