I saw it the first time in a match of borck leasler when he used to wrestle and he got pin by this move i tryed learning it but i didnt know the name of it and i made my own version of it which works to
I learned a different style of bow and arrow. Right arm around opponent's neck, left arm grab slightly above knee, and drive your head into opponent's waist to start a roll.
it's hard to get the pin with that move just because of the fact that most guys aren't that flexible. i mostly use it for back points and then lat go of it then do it again lol
This is great! If a whole series of moves were posted like this on YouTube you would get lots of subscribers. I fav'd you for the NCAA vids but this is great.
seeing as how your wrestling is amazing, and im not thatg good. so to be honest, ill have many different questions. but to start off, i have 2 questions..
1. what are the most common mistakes/rules in performing this move?
2. my weight class is 215's and between 195 and 200..do you suggest that only certain weights classes can perform this move or not?
Hey, I know wrestling, but I'm not familiar with this move. I can tell you that weight doesn't matter. It's the skill in the move you are executing. Once you get it down, (by practicing) you can usually do it in any weight class. It's completely legal, by the way. Just don't do it in Greco-Roman. (For the love of wrestling, DON'T DO IT IN GRECO!!!!!!!)
this is legal in high school. i just used it in our summer tournament

This move is so illegal now. The ref's will call potentially dangerous in a heart beat.

Melermometal 2 years ago
@Melermometal uhmm i think you can if you adjust your leg a little but youd have your hand on the wrong ankle. if you switched it i guess you could

No, it's not actually a coach told me yesterday that it wasn't.

the only nearly illegal move is if you put your shin on the inside of their leg. and i dont even think that is illegal in high shcool

cant you only hold this for 5 seconds?
killerkev4321 4 years ago
you can hold it for as long as you want, but it will end up a stale mate if you hold it to long
propsforlife 4 years ago
also the ref will call you for stalling if you dont make any progress for 15 secs
