I saw 'em in '89 or '90 (Motley Crue), and Mars broke out a couple of lap steels and friggin' conjured up the most wicked slide sounds I've ever heard. @MusicSam63 I totally agree with you. Warren is a great slide player, but Sonny Landreth totally reinvented the wheel and plays things you could never dream would come out of anyone's mind. But as a more traditional slide player, Warren really kicks ass!
