yes...diet can help ,but doesn't cure lupus ... almoust all people with lupus have a narrow diet and they fight for a positive thinking but sometimes lupus strikes when you don't expect and they need more ...not just a diet .... you sure didn't have sle -or you are at the start , sometimes are 1 or 2 years when you think you are healed and then sle strikes again...:)
