dude its a GAME. you dont need a driver for a car in a GAME. a GAME does not need to be based on real life, though many of them have alot of similarities with real life, such as this one which happens to take the car idea from real life, but doesnt take the idea of having to have a driver for it. all in all, the video would be just as useful/helpful if it didnt exist
