  • That helmet is awesome !!

  • yeah, dont train with disk.... and i am 90% sure you have a tail wind so 40 mph isn't unbelievable

  • @tycoon9500 it's not that they can't turn it's that the crosswinds make the bike much harder to control with a disc in the front as there is less weight on it

  • cadence too slow, quicker cadence= quicker speeds for longer as you don't tire your legs out as much. (unless your doing strength training i guess)

  • that road looks amazing!

  • hey why do they always put a disc in the rear wheel instead of the front?

  • because if they put if front they can't turn

  • idk if that is a biking lane, or if its just a really wide shoulder, but w/e it is i wish i had one to ride on in Indy.!

  • aero doesnt make a difference till 30km/hr there Menooz and you dont know what your saying. Nice bike and gear man im jealous

  • omg why does everybody cares about the aerodynamic position, you'll set a better time when you sit comfortable on your bike

  • You no what, i think that I would rather sit in an arm chair than on a racing saddle but how fast do you recon I could go?!

    Duhh

  • that position is more comfortable

  • OMFG pretty roads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice bike ^^

  • the frame is too big for u. the frame doesnt looks like a tt frame. may be wrong. Great set of wheeles. you know if you have the money to buy all that why the fuck not. everybody else is just jelouse that the can afford it lol.

  • True and thx for the comment. My position are definitely better now and I did improve a few minutes on my average time. And to answer inushomarupartys question I do 16 miles under 27 minutes without disk wheel so you doo the math on my speed.

  • ? that works out to over 35 mph?

  • Fabian won a flat time trial at 33.5 mph and only sustained it for 5 minutes.

Are you sure it is 16 miles?

  • wow.

u really need to drop your front end in order to get in the best aero position, unless that is to aggresive for your comfort. defeats purpose of having things like aero helmet and disc if ur position isnt correct from the start.

back should be flat . . elbows should be 90degrees

  • what speeds do u go on flat?

  • Its a 07 model. Its really nothing special about it except the upgrades. I refuse to spend any more money on the frame. However Im a big Cervelo fan but Specialized have some great frames too.

  • Is that the '05 Transition model?

  • Well for starters when this video was made besides it was for fun its also served the purpose of supporting the cycling community on the way I can. The funny thing is I didnt get anything else but complaints. Now Id like to point out once and for all that I know what my weaknesses are. And sorry, but I dont care for critics however I always welcome new ideas. So if you only have to offer what I already know then you can keep that to yourselves.

  • lol. I don't need none of the crap he is using (aero helmet, disc wheel,tt bike etc.etc.) In fact I will jump onto my 80'smiyata and not only slaughter him but show him how to ride a real bicycle.lol

  • Anytime anywhere son!

  • man your formation is fuckin br00tal. put on a jersey and learn how to fuckin ride a bike

  • It is Infected Mushroom - Missed Symphony.

  • Beautiful music...good choice.....you know how to tell me title and author thanks to everybody

  • Beautiful music to....good choice...you can give me title and author thanks

  • i would not train with a disc wheel, you'll wear it out, save it for the TT

  • The extent of my cycling knowledge is pretty much that TT stands for time trial. But I dont care what people say about position/cadence/seat/etc the fact is that its a nice bike and I wish I could have one like it. Also, about the jersey, just cause someone's testing their aerodynamic bicycle doesnt mean they have to wear a tight shirt and do it in record time.

    Nice vid

  • True its all true but if I did everything the way you just sad that wouldnt be me it would be you. The differences are I did what I did and it was fast enough for me. I ride 11-55 that is why the cadence is low. And the jersey well Ive got plenty of it thanks for asking and sorry this wont please you. Also Id like to thank to worry about what am I wasting my money thats very touching. But heres the point where I cant disagree with you the Cervelo P3C would have been a better choice.

  • shite dude... a few pointers... GET A JERSEY! whats the point of a TT bike if ur shirt creates so much drag. also shift to higher gears (bigger sprockets) so ur cadence will imporve thus eventually ur speed and efficiency. and i guess you were proud of passing that cyclist right? haha lol, the dif is you using TT bike made out of carbon he using fucking LOOK out of alum... and the specialized transition elite... waste of money should have gotten a Cervelo P3C

  • seat needs to be a bit higher

  • higher cadence

  • your position is bad dude...
