Okay, so going cross eyes looks better than almost every other 3D out there... But is it safe for your eyes? And I want a proper answer... I'm afraid my eyes will stay crossed lol
wow, can somebody help? Im seeing like a black box in front of the 3d videos. Like a large blacked out area that crosses the video horizontally... in all the 3d videos that use the youtube functions...
@outlettered Here's a very easy way to do it. But even if you do get it, it'll take about a month for you to get used to it without getting Eye strain. I watch all my movies this way and have no strain at all now.
Play the video. Stick your thumb out to the screen right at and just below the middle of the video. Now pull your thumb towards you while focusing just at your thumb. As you're pulling, the video should slowly get blurry but also have 3 images. Keep pulling till the video's 3 image
@outlettered are the same size. When you get the image to be the same size while you're still looking at your thumb, that's when the middle image of the video will be 100% clear. Remove your thumb and just look at the video. You'll learn to defocus without your thumb. Just make sure your head is looking straight. Even at slight angle and the middle image will be out of focus
@smegnose dude you are my hero, befor i read this by the time i got the right focus the vid would be finished but now its gr8. Thumbs up to smegnose so every1 can see
thank you for posting that!! i've been wondering what it looks like on the 3D engine... i love that game. it's a bummer that little technical things like character lighting is messed up on the programming side
got a question does de dolby 3d glassed they give you in theaters, works with nvidia 3d vision drivers? cause i cant stand anymore thos old 3d clases made of cardboard
Most of the reason I get that long of loading screen is I'm recording to the same hard drive that the game is loading from. It slows it down a ton. When I just play without recording, it goes much faster.
The 3d feature is enabled in fraps 3.0.0 and higher. Just record while using NVIDIA 3d (I used NVIDIA 3D Vision Discover) and record like normal. You will get a file with the left and right images side by side.
You have your convergence set way too high.

The "Jump to 1:45" annotation kind of ruin the effect.

@outlettered Well you just cross your eyes and get 3 pictures then try to focus on the middle picture and it should be 3D.

Why do you get a one minute loading screen starting at 0:54? I can't remember the game ever taking that much time to load.
How did you record this footage? When I use Fraps while playing in 3D the video is always in 2D.
