Poor Doctor, that must've been like the whole universe shouting at him to shut up and die after he'd just saved it...
Of course, ifthis hadn't happened, he wouldn't have crashed into one particular backyard, so Wilf might have saved the Universe by getting stuck in that cabin
I think every scene David and Bernard did between them, this one, the cafe scene, the part on the Vinvocci spacecraft, was some of the best stuff seen on TV. It was written perfectly, acted beautifully, and scored wonderfully. Great story to go out on.
I love this scene and then the score in the background made this so wonderful and heart wrenching. 10 is definitely my favorite Doctor and he will sorely be missed.
There is something so potently powerful about seeing the doctor curled up in agony like that. He didn't go quietly, he didn't go standing on his feet to face the danger. He went and was curled in pain like any creature would be. Even though I knew he wasn't going to die permanently, it was still a heart-wrenching though to think that a creature so powerful, the last of his kind, would die so lowly, you could just feel what an important thing was being lost, even without the theatrics. Amazing.
saddest moment in Doctor Who. :'( I miss Ten.

What I love about this is that the poem is one of David Tennant's favorites.

It was so sincere, so true
and very much the reason
10 will be missed.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
This poem is exactly what i thought of too, watching this... : (
