Technically that's club soda which has other stuff in it, like sodium bicarbonate & salt... (See the Schweppes site for example) You can also use a soda siphon that'll run around $45 at your local booze outlet. Works well & the price isn't too bad if you get your co2 cartridges in bulk. Plus you can hit the water with co2 AND n20 for a confusingly wacky bubble combo.To get real club soda adding the tiniest bit of sodium bicarbonate & salt works well. Don't get why nobody can tell the difference.
