  • Hi: We got there several hours before the start of Mass. I believe you do need tickets to get seats in the Piazza. If you're American, apply to the US Bishops Visitor's Office in Rome (Google them and you can email them). They're free, but you need them to get into the Piazza for a Papal Mass. We are all seminarians, and our tickets were arranged separately, so I can't say for sure where they came from. Enjoy your trip to Rome!

  • Wow! Great place to watch from! I am heading to Rome over Easter and was wondering what time did you get there to get such a great spot? Did you need a ticket to get in? Thanks for sharing the video.
