You just rest and recover longer. fuck a pussy ass workout if you gonna do it do it. i do that shit tell i damn near can't walk. i rest and recover and the shits all good. you just don't see to many bitch ass gym members doing this shit. they're talking and bullshitting most of the time. the shit works. that fucker keeps that shit up he'll be ripped
