I had dreams. That's what lead me to look into Asatru. I was less than satisfied with my mother's Christian beliefs. That's when I started having dreams. The first God that came into my dreams was Loki. I wouldn't have looked into Asatru, if He hadn't given me reason to. I am not a Lokian. But Loki showed me that the Gods and Goddesses are real. And He showed me that it isn't a crime to laugh. So Loki will always have a place in my heart.
Who would worship a god that spawned the descendants of Ragnarok? Are you a oath-breaker like your god? I cannot wait for Skoll to eat your soul and feed you to your gods daughter Hel.
Thank you for pointing out the fact that the term "God" is not really the important one (as in is he / she a "real" God / Goddess).
Not only are several of the Gods of "mixed race" or living in the "wrong" realm but words like "Alf" is used in all manner of ways as well as "Dis;Valkyrie" or "Norn".
We also tend to think of Jotuns as the enemies of the "Gods" when in fact many are allies.
As you make clear, its important not to put modern Christianized, western world thinking in where its not.

you did a good job on explaining Loki. I will be watching all your vids discussing him. Are there certain rites you do to exult Loki, by chance? If so, could you describe a few to me?
I don't consider myself Asatru, by the way. It's just that I feel a kinship with the god that truly moves in mysterious ways. Loki. One who even confuses Odin with his antics.
