  • as a teacher in this art as well, not bujinkan.... we remove the weapon before it is almost used... but these are great technics as a well, but remember a weapon is sweeping at you not just being pointed and then attacked... only movies offer that type of reality..

  • I guess the timing is the most important fact to make this techniques work, because I can´t imagine that someone would evade my sword strikes that easy. But it looks practical from my opinion. Especially when the sword movement is blocked you take good care, that the swordbearer isn´t able to escape the defenders grip, like at 4:06.
