@xyanide1986 i dont like how all of these types of arcade pads have they buttons spaced out weirdly. The x acrdade line has theirs spaced out completely even and everything has the exact same shit as real arcades buttons, stick, and the finish plus i got the duel = 2 PLAYERS for 200.00 and it works on pc and any system as long as you by the adapter which are all 15.00 plus life time warranty
Spacing is preference I guess, but the warranty and price is really nice that's true. Qanba recently made a 2 player model like Xarcade but japanese style like this mad catz and at the same $200 price.
@Rapthorne54 sorry youtube fucked up i mustve clicked four times by accident dont call me dumass for btw i dont know why there the same but also he put 4 comments like i did i believe so i think i copyed him to show his stupidity i forget it was 2 months ago get over it
best intro ever, watched it twice, it's a good stick for what it is and you can mod it which is really nice. I just ordered a round 2 TE off of amazon which I will dub a co birthday / xmas gift to myself supposed to get it sometime next week, and I will be definitely breaking that baby in. It's really a question of how much you like fighting games and how much you can justify spending, there are new game pads out too now which are pretty slick, the guile one is tempting to me.
hahaha your the same as me. i wanted that fucking fight stick so fucking bad lol more than a fuck lol. over in australia it cost over 300 dollars in america everything is cheap
The start and back buttons were placed there on purpose. The intention was to remove it from the face of the arcade stick so if you button mash out of a dizzy, you won't pause the game by accident.
Like the other comments below, the start/back buttons are off the plate so you don't hit them by accident during game play. Especially if you use the stick for tournaments you automatically get disqualified for hitting the buttons. Thought you would know this cuz you sounded like you did your research?
Congrats on your new stick. I have both SE and TE sticks and replaced the square gates with the octagonal gates on both of them. Throwing fireballs is so much easier. I modding the SE version with Sanwa parts (custom color also) and gate, I actually love it more than the TE. The cabinet is more comfortable in size and shape. So, if you want you can mod your SE stick and maybe enjoy it as much as I have. Congrats again and best of luck kickin ass online!
DUDE all i wanna do is change the square gates thats the only thing i hate about the stick i want it circle or octagonal, how did u do that if you tell me?where can i get the stuff n what did u do? thanks!!
They put the back and the start button on the back so when you aqre fighting you dont hit them and pause the game mid fight. which can be really annoying.
i just bought one of them ones of ebay cant wait to get it its gonna be so kick ass man .
the start button is located on the side because you dont want to be in the heat of the battle and accidentally hit the start button. this may sound like it isnt likely, but you will be amazed. there is footage of tournament play that the start button gets hit mid fight. typically when people make custom sticks, they are located on the sides as well. another pain in the ass if the turbo buttons located on top, i accidentally turn those on all the time mid fight.
yah i can see why its there, but online you cant pause.
haha I remember back on the Dreamcast days you could pause on NFL2k. And to piss people off you would pause before they kick a field goal to mess them up.
Looks cool. I just have the regular Hori EX2 that I use for Virtua Fighter. I need to get a new one because the EX2's don't last all that long. Mine being a big exception because I've had it for more than two years. The stick that I'm looking at is a 360 True Arcade Custom and with all the options I'm putting into it, it will probably cost me around $250.
Nice one! Its certainly a good stick compared to most. If you have any problems with it, buy some Sanwa or Semitsu buttons & joystick - whack those in there; its made to be very easily moddable and its a nice upgrade..
What do you say about the QanBa Q4RAF Arcade Fighting Stick For Xbox360/PS3/PC ?

Whats the difference between this and the TE edition? Are the parts the use the same?
emubilly999 2 years ago
The TE edition uses Sanwa parts, which I think are actual arcade parts...
I think.
Point is, TE uses sanwa, which are better.
