umm lemme ttry to explain lol, jus kinda curl ur lips over ur teeth (except wit ur fingers in ur mouth) so curl lips over teeth real tight, then put ur fingers in ur mouth and squeeze ur lips together ..uhh hope i helpd lil bit..nd if it still don work..try curling ur tongue further back...so that ur more of ur fingers are in ur mouth...

Sometimes it works if you put your fingertips on top of your tongue. It's usually easier if you put your fingertips under the tip of your tongue though.

It's usually easier when u make the OK sign with your forefinger and your thumb.

Put them under the tip of ur tongue and then blow.

That works always -_-

They way you do it, wont work if you cant whistle with the OK sign ;)
