Two nephews and a niece were put on these meds at the request of their educational institutions; then we were told they had ADHD -- one year of paxil left me with malignant neoplasms brain! One nephew has a worker from aquired brain injury trying to help him but he had been put on quite a few other atypical antidepressant/antipsychotic since Ritalin as a child.

This is the first instance in a loooong time that I have been really proud to hear my elected officials speaking. Now, I await the results of this discussion. Senators, will you stop the use of these harmful drugs??? Don't give up - we can stop this abomination!

And to any psychiatrist (or doctor) who prescribes these deadly drugs: "If you destroy a child in the name of "help", it is You who is insane."

A friend of mine ended up on three different anti-dpressants for her "Bipolar Disorder". She tried to wean off the drugs only to end up in a complete psychotic break! These drugs are deadly and are engineered in such a fashion as to make it excruciatingly impossible to come off of them. This is very planned and deliberate. My hat's off to these Senators in this video! Our children need for us to be able to tolerate their confusions rather than react with mind altering drugs!
