@ali3nhack3r - 1ST of all the camera has nothing to do with the meter. The meter can be next to anything electrical and has produced no spikes or movement for hours on end. It has nothing to do with the camera... smart ass. I don't know if youre a perp or just lucky enuff to be one of the many blissfully ignorant mfers who get to live their life as they see fit without being aware of anyone monitoring you .... silently or otherwise. But, No I stopped being afraid once i realized that these people are evil and that combo... evil pu**ies do not scare me. I don't see a cause-effect link. You'd have to be able to say something like, "They just told me it's going to spike" and boom, it spikes. Alternatively if a self-identified 24/7 V2K victim walks up to a meter like this and it goes crazy, there's a cause-effect link (cause: V2K victim walks up to meter; effect: meter goes crazy).

The meter's needle jumps could be coming from absolutely anything based on what I see in this video.
