the exotic star is GREAT, but schecter doesn't make them anymore. If You can find one used I'd get it, they're great for any kind of music. If you cant find one, then get a hellraiser: It has active EMG pickups so it can play the heaviest music possible. hope this helps

Its a schecter c-1 exotic star...I got it for $450 used. Im pretty sure they discontinued it though. However all schecters are great guitars

great distorted tone, clean needs to be cleaned up a bit though

thanks. im pretty sure its the camera that's messing up the clean tone, cause hearing it live it sounds much more full

ahhh i believe that because if you watch some of my vids your realize that my distored tone is pretty decent and the clean kind of seems to broad for the mic. nice cover check my vids.
