Clinton was the one who established that the Empire State Building, and most other sky scrapers and buildings such as these,need to be more cost-effective and 'green'..but not many people knew that,did that?

America's sky scrapers are much greater than Dubai's. Dubai just builds huge buildings because they have so much money that they dont know what to do with and pay close to nothing to their workers. When America builds a building it represents something. Its not just about the height, but of the soul of the structure.
