  • Depends on where the chest pain is coming from. In the case of the friend in TN this was due to a "known" problem. But of course chest pain can be caused from a stroke or heart attack...you can exercise all day and that is not going to make things better. All situations are relative. This video was made to answer a friend's question about his particular problem - which was about ribs being out of alignment and thus being sore and causing chest pain. Consult a doctor for chest pain or rib pain.

  • I thought you just have to rest and not touch or exercise when you have chest pain, wouldn't this aggravate the pain and make it worst?
