@henryDigory most of it is from monopod - we attached one of the go pro mounts to the end of it with a sticky pad. Some of it is from the helmet, but I don't really like the angle you get from the helmet mount. Next time we want to try the chest mount and also experiment with the helmet mount on the side so some of the helmet is actual in the shot.
@jmunns Ive got a contour HD, and found that filming in portrait was really good for when your filming yourself - you get some of your Skis in the shot, which I think looks quite good - anyway, I uploaded mine yesterday, and have requested to put it as a video response - would be great if you accepted.
