Mal ne Frage zum palm muting. Dämpfst du mit dem Handballen eigentlich alle Saiten ab (auch die hohen), oder dämpfst du nur die tieferen Saiten ab? Ich persönlich berühre auch die hohen Saiten ganz leicht mit meinem kleinen Finger. So kann ich lästige Nebengeräusche vermeiden. Der kleine Finger "reibt" ganz leicht an der hohen E-Saite beim Wechselschlag. Zu dieser Thematik findet man im Web viel zu wenig.

I checkout out that band, and you're right! They were fucking awesome. I especially like the "Is Carl in my house?" song or whatever it was called, I couldnt make out the name. They were ULTRA brutal, the singer was really low even though I could tell the mic and whole setup in general was bad, he didnt even cup! When your alternate picking do you strictly use your wrist and not your forearm? Probably your wrist but i cant tell.

Im working out the kinks of my technique and im finding that alternate picking is my biggest skills lacking in consistancy. Ive started to just use my wrist but i cant stop using my forearm at the fast parts.
