This along with Tressete is most popular card game in my town.I live in Kotor,Montenegro, but e play double briscola.....with four cards in hand and you drop 2 each "hand" :D
Well done. When I was growing up and we only had three players we would remove the 2 of Bastoni. That way you can play three handed. Hope this was helpful.
you know how you say "liscio", which means low, when I play it, I have also heard "carrico", does that mean throw a high suit? when we play in teams, my partner will always say, go lisc, or go carrico
@hubcap128, wins the first who play the card, because the second hasn't played a higer card of the same kind, so if you want win you have to play an higer card of the same kind or a brisc...
I'm italian and I want to give an advice: the best way to win a briscola's match is counting your points, the points of the other player, and the briscola that are dealed by the players... you need just a little bit of luck if u wanna win!!!!! hope it helps
really cool video introduction. now i know how to play briscola(because i forgot it)...bravo ai fatto bene (scusa io sono un tedesco, mio italiano non e mika bene)^^u see.. your english is really good

My grandparents who came from Italy taught me how to play Briscola. My mom and aunt can play too so we're all pretty good at it. Love playing it!

Does anybody know where i could find a large picture of the ace of bastoni?
