The money has run out, Ohio has lost 650,000 jobs in the last 10 years because the high taxes has forced businesses to locate elsewhere, the second option is to reign in spending and compensation and the last option is state bankruptcy.

The line of credit is gone, the bank account is empty, the credit cards are maxed out. It's time that Ohio has to live within it's means. Plain and simple
