hey what was your shutter speed when shooting? from what i know, twixtor doesn't work too well with low shutter speeds (30/60)

@jjlauu Yes it doesn't. I mean 30/60 means mega motion blur and warping. I shoot at the highest possible, 4000th of a sec. :)

@SuperDaruis thanks for the info, I don't have after effects I just have the twixtor plugin for FCP7 which is not bad if you get a non-cluttered background but most of the time you get warping around the subject, after effects seems much smoother

twixtor works best when you have 60fps, and the video is in a plain background.

@bboy4817 Actually it does FCP is WAY better than any Adobe in my opinion. Firstly, you have to shoot your footage in 60 fps then convert it to 24 fps and use twixtor for the slow motion or speed up..

No, this was with default AE tools. However I have used MBS in my second slow mo vid with water.
